How does the monthly subscription work?

If you choose the 'Subscribe' option you're opting in to a monthly subscription and you will be automatically be charged once a month. Your first payment will process on the day you order and all subsequent recurring payments will process around the same day of every month.

How long will it take for my wine to arrive?

Broadsheet Wine subscriptions generally take 3 - 5 days to be delivered to metropolitan areas. They will take a little longer to reach regional areas. Due to the ongoing strain on distribution networks, further delays may be experienced. Please contact us if you are concerned about your subscription. 

What are the postage costs?

Postage costs are included in the subscription price, no matter where you are in Australia. Someone 18 years old or over will need to accept the delivery.  

Where is my wine sent from?

All alcohol purchased through the Broadsheet website is sold and delivered by Bibendum in accordance with the terms of liquor licence #36109577.  It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years.

How do I manage my Wine subscription?

Simply send an email to wine@broadsheet.com.au and someone will take care of you.  

You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing 5 working days notice before your next recurring payment is due in order to cancel the payment and stop the delivery.
