How do I subscribe to Broadsheet Wine?

We are no longer offering monthly Broadsheet Wine subscriptions. If you are not already subscribed to Broadsheet Wine, you can still purchase our September box as a one-off box. Please select ‘one-off box’ at checkout. 

 

I’m a Broadsheet Wine subscriber, will my subscription end automatically? 

Yes, you don’t need to do anything to end your Broadsheet Wine subscription. You will be billed for, and receive, your final box in September. Your subscription will automatically end on October 5. 

 

How long will it take for my wine to arrive?

Broadsheet Wine boxes are usually delivered to metropolitan areas within 3-5 days of payment. Delivery will take a little longer for regional areas. Due to the ongoing strain on distribution networks, further delays may be experienced. Please contact us at wine@broadsheet.com.au  if you are concerned about your subscription.


What are the postage costs?

Postage costs are included in the subscription price, no matter where you are in Australia. The person who accepts the delivery will need to be 18 years old or over and will be required to present a form of identification.

 

I am a subscriber and I’d like to stop my current subscription. 

Head to your account via the Broadsheet Shop. Select manage wine subscription then manage upcoming orders. From there, you can pause all future orders or skip shipment of a particular box.

 

I am going away, how do I skip a box or pause my subscription?

You can skip your next wine delivery or pause all future wine deliveries at any time. 

First, login to youraccount via the Broadsheet Shop (located on the top toolbar). 

Once directed to the Account Details page, select Manage Wine Subscription on the left hand side of the page. 

From there, you’ll be directed to the My Subscriptions page. Scroll down to Manage Upcoming Orders to skip or pause your subscription.

To skip a particular shipment, select skip shipment next to the box you would like to skip. 

To pause all future orders, select pause future orders. If you pause your subscription, you can reactivate when you’re ready via the account centre. 

 

I’ve moved. How do I update my delivery address?

Head to your account via the Broadsheet Shop, select manage wine subscription then edit address and shipping information. From there, you can edit your delivery address.

 

How do I manage my Broadsheet Wine subscription?

Simply email wine@broadsheet.com.au and someone will get back to you as soon as possible.

Please note, our September 2022 box will be our final box and your subscription will end automatically before the next billing period.  

You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing 5 working days notice before your next recurring payment is due.

 

Weather Policy

Our distribution partner will hold orders when temperatures rise over 28 degrees and will wait for a cooler weather window in which to ship. This is to ensure your wine arrives in peak condition. You can, however, give “authority to ship regardless of weather”. You will have to accept responsibility for any damage that might occur due to weather conditions, though our distribution partner will go to every effort to avoid this. Simply include “authority to ship regardless of weather” in the Note section of your shopping cart when completing your order.

Where is my wine sent from?
All alcohol purchased through the Broadsheet website is sold and delivered by Bibendum in accordance with the terms of liquor licence #36109577. It is against the law to sell or supply alcohol to, or to obtain alcohol on behalf of, a person under the age of 18 years.
