To celebrate the outcome of the national marriage-equality survey, Broadsheet is spreading the positivity of the moment Australia said “Yes” by making this photo available to buy.
More than 1000 people gathered on the steps of the State Library of Victoria to hear the results of the historic survey. And Broadsheet photographer Michael Woods was there to capture the moment.
Broadsheet is donating 100 per cent of the profits from the sale of It’s A Yes to MindOUT, the National LGBTI Health Alliance project that develops and delivers mental health and suicide prevention initiatives. MindOUT aims to build the capacity of the mental health and suicide prevention sectors to meet the support and wellbeing needs of LGBTQIA+ people and communities, and improve mental health outcomes.
A special thank you to our photographer Michael Woods and Arten Fine Art Printers and Framers, which has partnered with us to make this project possible.
